Community Events for Young People

Stop by for some Halloween cheer and inspiration!

In keeping with this year’s theme, “Being certain of God’s care,” young people are invited to choose a soft, cuddly lion stuffed animal to take home, a reminder that we can trust in God for protection.

Plus:

• Take home the story of Daniel in the Lions’ Den  — Discover how Daniel's courage and faith in God saved him from hungry lions.

• Teens can choose a booklet with inspirational ideas — "Getting Along," "Thriving at School," and "Finding Healing."

Times and Locations:

At the Christian Science Reading Room, 459 California Ave, Palo Alto

• Sunday, Oct. 25 from 9am-1pm

• Saturday, Oct. 31 from 10am-1pm

At the Christian Science church, 3045 Cowper Street, Palo Alto

• Saturday, Oct 31 from 6pm onward

These events are a gift to our community from the Christian Science Sunday School in Palo Alto!
